The Jaya’s is a friendly neighborhood bar nested in the heart of Wellington’s CBD. It’s a place where you come to enjoy your favourite NZ wines with modern Kiwi-Indian sharing plates. We have a beautiful range of locally selected wines from the Wairarapa region, ideal while you are relaxing, on a date, meeting friends or having a casual meal with family.

Husband and wife, Abi and Jaya, had a vision and from that vision created The Jaya’s their entrepreneur venture. The goal is to provide a sustainable and delightful experience to all Wellingtonians, visitors and their friends.

The ideology of our wine bar is to focus and promote natural, organic boutique local New Zealand wines. We also cater for beer and spirit lovers with our wide range of beer, spirits and cocktails.
